Adjusting the pump pressure:
- Remove the pressure gauge plug from the filter cover.
- Use an external pressure gauge.
- Start the indirect air heater.
- Allow the motor to reach full speed.
- Adjust the pressure (using a flat screwdriver):
- Turn the pressure relief valve clockwise to increase pressure.
- Turn the pressure relief valve anti-clockwise to decrease pressure.
For indirect air heater model ZF50, the correct pump pressure is 6 PSI.
- Stop the indirect air heater – Remove the pressure gauge and replace the plug.
Note: Always use only original spare parts.
