Solving Split Screen Problems
If you cannot operate the split screen feature, try the following solutions.
• If you cannot select the PC Interactivity source, make sure the USB
Display source is not included in one of the input sources. Select a different
input source, if possible.
• The split screen may not appear when you use the Scale feature or the Edge
Blending feature. Turn them off, if possible.
Solving USB Display Problems
If you cannot project an image using the USB Display feature, try the
following solutions.
• When you use the control pad (ELPHD02), the projector cannot detect the
image signal input from the projector's USB-B port. Connect the USB cable
to the control pad.
Solving User Pattern Saving Problems
If you fail to save a user pattern, try the following solution.
• You cannot save content that is protected by HDCP. Project an unprotected
image and save again.

Solving Screen Mirroring Problems
If you cannot project a screen mirroring image, try the following solutions.
• If you set the Capture setting to Enabled, the HDCP feature is disabled and
you may not be able to project content with the HDCP feature. Set the
Capture setting to Disabled.
