    SICHERHEIT SICHERHEIT Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Mit der ZIPPER Reifenmontagemaschine ZI-RMM94H lassen sich Reifen auf Felgen montieren, demontieren und befüllen, wobei ein weiter Bereich an Felgendurchmessern montierbar ist. Der Metallmontagekopf ist aus erstklassigem Aluminium gegossen, hat eine spezielle Form und lange Lebensdauer. Der mitgelieferte Montagekopf bietet genügend Stabilität, ohne den Reifen oder eine Alu-Felge zu beschädigen.

    MONTAGE  Elektrischer Schlag: bei angeschlossener Maschine kann es bei Berührung von leitenden Ma- schinenteilen zu einem elektrischen Schlag kommen. Durch Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften können diese Restgefahren auf ein Minimum redu- ziert werden! MONTAGE Transport Der Reifenwechsler muss in der Originalverpackung transportiert und in der auf dem Paket ge- zeigten Position transportiert werden.

    MONTAGE Das Speisestromnetz muss mit min. 16A abgesichert sein. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit den Anforderungen der Maschine übereinstimmt.. Im Falle einer Reparatur oder eines Austausches darf der Erdungsleiter nicht an eine unter Span- nung stehende Dose angeschlossen werden! Überzeugen Sie sich, dass ein etwaiges Verlängerungskabel in gutem Zustand und für die Leis- tungsübertragung geeignet ist.

    MONTAGE Bedienung 7.1.1 Schwenk-Arm und Montageschiene festklemmen  Bringen Sie den Schwenk-Arm durch Betätigen des Pedals (3) nach vorne in Arbeitsstellung.  Den Montagekopf im richtigen Abstand von der Felge positionieren.  Durch drücken des Verriegelungsknopf A auf Stel- lung P1 wird die Montageschiene mit Montagekopf und der Schwenk-Arm blockiert.

    MONTAGE 7.1.4 Reifen von der Felge abziehen  Platzieren Sie den Reifen auf den Drehteller (6). ACHTUNG: Bei asymmetrischen Tiefbettfelgen legen Sie die den Reifen so auf, dass die flachere Seite oben ist.  Treten Sie das Bedienpedal (2) ganz durch, um die Klemmbacken nach aussen zu fahren. ...

    MONTAGE Siehe Abbildung F:  Positionieren Sie den Reifen so, dass der Reifenwulst über der linken (Abb. F 1) jedoch aber unter der rechten Seite (Abb. F 2) des Montagekopfes liegt.  Mit dem Hilfsmontage-Arm (15) können Sie mit dem Pressteller (16) oder der Presswalze (22) den Reifenwulst in das Felgenbett drücken, um den Reifenwulst am Montagekopf leicht über das Felgenhorn zu heben.

    PFLEGE UND WARTUNG Antriebsriemenspannung prüfen Entfernen Sie die Verkleidung der linken Seite der Reifenmontagemaschine, um Zugang zu dem Antriebsriemen zu erhalten. Dazu lösen und entfernen Sie die vier Befestigungsschrauben der Abdeckung und entfernen diese. Sollte der Riemen nicht mehr ausreichend gespannt sein, können Sie diesen durch Drehen einer an der Motorplatte anstehenden Justierschraube spannen.

    SAFETY SAFETY 12.1 Intendend Use With the ZIPPER tire mounting machine ZI-RMM94H to tire can be mounted on rims , dismantle and fill , with a wide range can be mounted on rim diameters . The metal mounting head is cast from high quality aluminum, has a special shape and long life. The supplied mounting head provides enough stability without damaging the tire or an aluminum rim.

    ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY 13.1 Transport The tire changer must be transported in its original packaging and transported to the position shown on the package. The packaged machine can be moved with a suitable forklift. Lifting it out of the packaging in the workplace with suitable lifting device!     SICUREZZA SICUREZZA 19.1 Uso conforme alle disposizioni Grazie alla macchina smontagomme ZIPPER ZI-RMM94H è possibile montare, smontare e gonfia- re pneumatici sui cerchi lasciando spazio per il montaggio sul diametro degli stessi.     SICUREZZA  Non lasciare mai incustodita la macchina smontagomme quando è accesa.  Spegnere la macchina smontagomme prima di abbandonare l’area sulla quale è installata.
