Important Safeguards
For protection against electric shocks and short circuits:
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning or when not in use.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. Clean the base with a
damp cloth and make sure that no water or dust enters the base.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Machine cannot work
Machine cannot heat
Machine stops suddenly during working
Error Codes
Protector device error information displayed: The screen will appear E1
if the jar is not correctly inserted in the base. The unit will stop working
E1
automatically. Please power off the plug and pull out the jar, then re-insert
in the base. Please make sure the jar cannot be carried up if do not press the
LOCK button.
Protector device error information displayed: The screen will appear E2 if

the NTC of temperature sensor is damaged. The machine will stop working,
and please Check and arrange for a qualified technician to repair.
Motor protective device: The screen will appear E3 if the food is too much
and exceed the torque range of the motor can bear. The machine will stop
working automatically. Please power off the plug and pull out the jar,

then reduce the food portion or add some liquid, wait for 5 minutes, and
insert the jar into the base and re-start. If E3 appear again, please contact
customer service.
