    HOW TO ASSEMBLE *Please note that the mixing rod comes preassembled when taking the meat grinder out of packaging. 1. A$ach the meat grinder base to the feeder tube by placing the arrow into the unlock posi;on. Then rotate the feeder tube un;l it is in the lock posi;on. See image below. 2. A$ach the meat grinder holder on top of the feeder tube.
  • Page 5 3. Place the mixer rod with the open end first inside the feeder tube then place the blade onto the end of the mixer rod. CAUTION: The blade is extremely sharp, handle with care. See image below. 4. Select desired disc then place on the mixer rod. The discs can be found inside the pusher. See image below. 5. Screw the locking washer onto the feeder tube clockwise. 6. Finally place the assembled grinder onto the mixer base in the unlock posi;on, move the grinder to the lock posi;on. The grinder is now ready for use.

    HOW TO USE 1. The cover must be on the blender opening for the unit to work. Place the cover on the opening the arrow facing the unlock posi;on and turn to the lock posi;on, a click will be heard. 2. Make sure the power knob is at “0” before plugging in the unit for proper use. Then plug the unit into a power socket. 3. Place meat onto the meat grinder holder. 4. Select desired speed by turning the power knob to the right, the speeds are marked Min.
  • Page 7 CLEANING 1. To disassemble the grinder for washing take the grinder off the mixer base first. Turn the grinder to the unlock position and lift of the base. 2. Remove the meat grinder holder from the feeder tube by pulling up. 3.
