3.1 CONFIGURATION VIA USB
3.1.1 OTA CONFIGURATION FOR AUTHORIZED MOBILE NUMBER
The user can program up to three mobile numbers from which the OTA configuration can be accepted. OTA Configuration
messages received from any numbers other than the entered numbers will be ignored. By default, this function is disabled,
but it can be enabled by sending an OTA message.
