1. Lower exhaust and remove existing fasteners – Lower the exhaust
by removing (2) bolts from each rear exhaust hanger bracket (1 per side)
with a 13mm socket. Remove (4) M10x1.5x40mm bolts from the outside
of the frame rails (2 per side) with a 16mm socket.
3. Torque fasteners - Tighten the M10 fasteners with torque wrench to
53Lb.-Ft. (72 N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the
vehicle when towing.

2. Install hitch – Raise the hitch into position over the exhaust. Align the
holes in the hitch with the vehicle existing weldnuts and install the bolts
removed earlier.
4. Re-install exhaust - Raise exhaust into position, install the bolts
removed from the hangers earlier.
