Don't touch the sharp blades.
Remove the chopper blade before emptying the bowl.
Never remove the cover until the blade has completely stopped.
Important
Don't use your hand blender for longer than 1 minute. Let the appliance
rest at least 5minutes between 2 cycles. it will overheat.
Only use your hand blender for its intended domestic use.
The hand blender is perfectly suited for soup preparation, mayonnaise and
baby food as well, as for blends and milkshakes.
1. Turn the foot on the motor unit until it stops.
2. Insert the hand blender into the bowl (You can use the hand mixer in the
measuring bowl or any other container).
3. Press the pressure switch 1 or 2 to select the speed.
4. After use, remove the mixer foot from the motor unit.
5. When mixing directly in a saucepan during cooking, be careful not to
damage the hand blender.
6. Rinse the mixer foot without wetting the top of the engine block.
Notes: When mixing directly in a pan, be careful not to damage the hand
blender or the inside of the saucepan.
7. Never mix liquids with temperatures above 80 °C.
For saucepan blending
Note: Take the pan off the heat and let it cool slightly. Otherwise your hand
blender could overheat.
1. Fit the power handle inside the blender shaft, turn and lock
2. Plug in, to avoid splashing, place the blade in the food before switching on.
3. Hold the beaker steady, then press either speed button (use speed 1 for slower
blending and to reduce splashing).
Note: * Don't let liquid get above the join between the power handle and blender
shaft.
* Move the blade through the food and use a stabbing action.
* If your blender gets blocked, unplug before cleaning.
4. After use, unplug and dismantle.
Before cleaning, always: switch off the appliance, disconnect the apparatus and
let it cool.
Clean the outside of the apparatus with a sponge or slightly wet linen.
