  • Page 4 FRONT PANEL PREPARATION NOTE: THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON INSTALLING YOUR NEW POWER PANEL TO YOUR EXISTING MSA 4X4 EXPLORER ALUMINIUM STORAGE DRAWER SYSTEM. Remove the four M6 button head star bolts from the rear of the front panel FIG. 1 Place the suppled plastic template onto the rear of your front panel.
  • Page 5 Turning the carpeted Panel over, place the MSA 4X4 moulded Backing Cover into place, and secure with the 3 supplied stainless steel button head screws. FIG. 9 & FIG. 10 Install the “C” Clips that were supplied with the MSA 4X4 Drawer System, and your panel is now ready to wire up. FIG. 11 FIG. 6 FIG.
  • Page 6 When installing accessories, please take note of the wire diagram attached on the end of the fitted wires. These relate to the fitted switches. FIG. 12 & FIG. 13 Note: MSA 4X4 recommends that all electrical accessories are individually fused and wired through individual relays.
  • Page 7 CHANGING SWITCH COVERS If changing the switch covers, carefully pull the cover you wish to change off by holding the switch body in place and pulling the switch from the top. Once it is free, simply replace with the cover of your choice from the two-supplied, and firmly press into position.
  • Page 8 Wipe down powder coated aluminium panels with clean, warm, soapy water using a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or thinner-based cleaners on your MSA 4X4 Power Panel. If aluminium panels are gorged, chipped or scratched, try touching up the area with closely matching paint.
