Front rack installation manual -
Amsterdam GT
This step-by-step manual will guide you through the installment of your
LEKKER front carrier. You will need allen keys sizes 4mm and 5mm, a
crosshead screwdriver and a 8mm wrench.
Please note: For the proper installation of the front rack, you need to
remove the front light from its original placement and place it on the
handlebar stem cap with light holder (see picture below). This cap is
unfortunately only available from the 2nd week of August onwards. We will
ship you the cap separately. Only once you receive this cap, can you install
the rack and lamp correctly. We recommend waiting with the installation of
your front rack until you receive this cap!

  • Page 2 Step 1 Using ​ t wo 5mm allen keys​ , loosen and remove the bolt that runs through the front fork and holds your lamp and fender. You can now remove the lamp from the bolt. Do not disconnect the cables, since it has to be repositioned after the front rack is installed.
  • Page 3 Step 3 Now, attach the front carrier stays to the carrier using the provided bolt, nut and washers. Step 4 To attach the stays to the fork, first remove the bottom black bolt ​ u sing a 4mm allen key​ . After, attach the carrier stays by inserting and tightening this bolt again.
  • Page 4 Step 5 Before you proceed, please consider which position you would like the lamp to be in. We recommend the upper position for better water resistance and the lamp not being in the way of the cables. Step 6 Use your ​ 4 mm allen key​ to loosen the four bolts at the front cap of the handlebar.
  • Page 5 stem, so hold the handlebars in place. Step 7 When attaching the new front cap, which will hold the lamp, make sure that it is positioned according to your choice in step 5. Then fasten the four bolts using a 4mm allen key​...
  • Page 6 (such as in the picture to the right) or below. Congratulations, You have now successfully installed your LEKKER bikes front carrier and re-located the lamp accordingly.
