Input > Heel loop > Amp 1 Out and Mix Out (Amp 2 is silent)
in Toe down position, signal chain is:
Input > Toe loop > Amp 2 Out and Mix Out (Amp 1 is silent)
FROM effects in the TOE loop
AMP 2 OUTPUT (for use with a stereo rig)
the Amp 2 Output contains the Toe loop effects and features a
continuously variable pan or crossfade with the Amp 1 Output which
contains the Heel loop effects, controlled by Mix Knob or Exp pedal

MIX OUTPUT (for use with a mono rig)
the Mix Output contains a continuously variable
pan or crossfade of the Heel and Toe loops
