MANUFACTURING
We are lucky to be partnered with a manufacturer
with over 20 years of experience building high-end
headphones, including various brands renowned for
their design and sound quality.
After finalizing materials and working out the
mechanical design, handmade prototypes were
made and steel injection molds were cut in
preparation for production. A rigorous gauntlet
of reliability tests ensures that each Arc can last
through thousands of bends and extensions,
temperature and humidity extremes, and drops
from various heights.
