    PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION The Series 5000 liquid level controller utilizes the “Force Balance System” (Figure 4). Force is applied to the fulcrum bar (Key 16) distributed from the displacer-style level sensor (Key 42) using a series of levers and rods. The application of force to the fulcrum bar is a direct result of the weight of the displacement type sensor.
