- Page 3 Full Rack & Half Rack Step 1. Installing Casters: Attach your casters to the lower screen rack cross- bars. They will have threaded inserts installed in the bottom. Thread the casters into the inserts. Use the aluminum spacers provided in between the casters and the crossbars.
- Page 4 Full Rack & Half Rack Step 4. Installing the Tray: Attach the tray assembly to the screen rack. Use the 1/4-20 x 2 1/4 inch Allen Bolts, 1/4 inch at washers and the 1/4-20 inch anged nuts provided to attach. A 5/32 inch Hex wrench is provided and required to tighten the hardware.
