In the case of paper or abrasive cloth, without mounting option by using the Velcro, there is possibility of installation by using
latches. In this case, the width of the sheet should be the same width as the width of the foot, but the length should allow for instal-
lation with latches. Sheet dimensions are given in the table.
The sheet should be applied to the foot so, the holes in sheet would cover the holes in tool foot. This will allow for efficient sucking
of the dust produced during operation. Then both ends of the sheet should be attached using the latches (III). You should pay
attention that sheet was is not misaligned relative to the foot and that it does not stick out beyond its longer edges.
Dust extraction
The sander is equipped with a dust extraction system, and equipped with a container for its collection. The container has a lid, that
should be removed in order to empty the container. To do this, you should lift it (IV)., empty the container of dust, the filter, which
is mounted the lid should be cleaned with a stream of compressed air at a pressure of not more than 0.3 bar. During re-assembly
of the lid on container you should pay attention that the edge of the container should fit in the lid gap.
The container can be connected to a dust extraction outlet of the sander. To do this, the container with mounted lid should be
inserted on dust dust extraction outlet and push, that the latches of lid would block the container in the tool housing (V).
To dismount the container you should press the container lid near the both latches, and then remove the container from the dust
extraction outlet.
The sander can also be connected to an external dust extraction system. (which is not include in the sander equipment). in this
case, you should dismount the dust container, a connector for external dust extraction system connect to the dust extraction outlet
of sander.

PRODUCT SERVICE

Preparing for operation
Before starting the work you should carry out all assembly operations described above.
Operation of the sander
If it is required, the workpiece should be fixed in an appropriate manner, so it does not move during machining, for example, by
clamps or clips. Unproper mounting of the machined workpiece can cause its uncontrolled movement during operation, which
increases the risk of injury.
Use the personal protection equipment. in the form of an eye and ear protection, a dust mask, suitable protective gloves and
clothing.
Do all the assembly and adjustment actions.
Make sure, that the the switch is in the "off" position. and then connect the plug of power cord to the mains wall socket.
Grasp the sander with both hands for main and additional grip, and hold it in a safe position so, the feet and sanding sheet have no
contact with any object (VI). Press the switch with your finger. You should allow the sander to achieve its nominal working speed
and only then apply it to the workpiece. The switch has the ability to block during operation. If the lock-off switch is released while
holding down the switch, it will remain locked until the switch is pressed again.
You can turn off the sander by releasing pressure on the unlocked switch.
The sander must be hold in a safe position to its completely stop of working. It is forbidden to stop the tool foot by applying it to the
work surface. Then put off the sander, disconnect it from the mains by unplugging the power cord and start its maintenance.
Tips useful when working with the sander
It is forbidden to hold the sander in a different way than by the handles. The wrong grip does not provide safe operation and can
cover the ventilation holes. This can lead to the destruction of the tool.
Grinding should not be too tight against the machined surface. Too much pressure can cause overheating of sander, or damage
the workpiece surface. and in the particular case, it can even lead to burst of the abrasive sheet or to damage to the foot of tool.
Hold sander in such a manner, that the grinding is performed by entire surface of the sandpaper sheet. This will allow for even
wear of sheet.
The sander should be moved towards you and away from you, and gradually to the side. Wood should be ground along the rings..
Grinding should be started with a thicker paper grain and gradually follow with the paper of finer grain, until you reach the required
surface, Avoid checking the status of the treated wood surface using bare hands. This may cause injury by splinters and burrs,
which are arising during processing.
The grit of paper should be selected depending on the work surface. Too high grit of the sandpaper will result in scratches on the
surface of the workpiece.
During the work you should be doing regular breaks during which you must control the status of the sheet and the degree of filling
of the container on the dust. If you observe, that abrasive sheet was clogged by dust in the course of work or that the grit has been
break-out, you should replace the sheet with a new one.
Additional notes
Declared, total value of vibration was measured using a standard test methods and can be used to compare one tool with another.
