1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Siren is ideal and effective when used as self-powered acoustic alarm in outdoor wireless systems, its
control module uses AM frequencies and connects to a compatible control unit, such as for instance the GW
20470 and GW 20471 models.
Its container is made from NOVODUR and is very compact; its cover has an incorporated flashing indicator with
extremely bright and highly efficient LED lights. It can be customized by applying a label with the logo of the
installation company on the space provided on the front.
It is self-powered by a Battery Pack with lithium batteries.
It is activated by coded wireless impulses (one code out of 34 billion combinations) which is transmitted from the
control unit, an emergency timer set at 1 minute blocks the activity of the siren if there is a malfunction in the control
or receiver units; it is also fitted with a self-protection device with a local alarm provided by a tamper protection
micro-switch to prevent the front cover from being opened or to prevent it from being removed from the wall.
The front flashing light is activated at the same time as the siren, nevertheless, to provide the User with more
complete information on the activity status of the wireless control unit, it also indicates as follows:
- Centrale inserita = tre lampeggi
- Centrale disinserita = accensione continua per circa tre secondi.
