Channel setup

Radio channel number 1-8:
Have open radio traffic. All communication is heard on the selected channel.
Radio channel number 9-16:
Have CTCSS controlled radio traffic. Communication is only heard on the selected channel if 114.8 Hz
CTCSS tone is received. The 114.8 Hz CTCSS tone is fixed and cannot be changed on the radio.
