1) General recommendations During the annual maintenance, it is necessary to check and control the heat exchanger of heater. It contributes to maintain product’ performances and safety. The inspection must be done the same way for all units which have a condensing heat exchanger. The inspection must be realized by qualified personnel only. - Page 3 - State of ignition and ionization electrodes (cleanliness, alignment, gauge) 4 +/- 0.5 8 +/- 0.5 8 +/- 0.5 Ensure that you do not damage the thermal insulation plate at the back of the heat exchanger to avoid irreparable damage. Vacuum the combustion residues.
- Page 4 In case of severe fouling, repeat the same previous operation by spraying white vinegar. Wait 3 minutes and rinse the heat exchanger. Clean with nylon brush, mechanical if possible. Clean the syphon to remove any debris and rinse the heat exchanger with water until the water get clear and transparent.

1) Allgemeine Hinweise Während der jährlichen Wartung ist es notwendig den Wärmetauscher des Warmlufterzeugers zu kontrollieren. Dies trägt zum Erhalt der Produktleistung und Sicherheit bei. Die Überprüfung muss für alle Geräte mit ähnlichen Wärmetauschern in gleicher Weise geschehen. Die Überprüfung darf ausschließlich durch Fachpersonal erfolgen. Die Wartung des Wärmetauschers kann ohne Komplikationen durchgeführt werden, sodass nur eine geringe Betriebsunterbre- chung notwendig ist. - Page 6 Zustand der Zündelektrode und der Ionisationselektrode (Sauberkeit, Ausrichtung, Dicke) 4 +/- 0.5 8 +/- 0.5 8 +/- 0.5 Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Wärmedämmung der Platte hinten am Wärmetauscher nicht zerstört wird, um irreparable Schäden zu vermeiden.
