BUTTON OPERATIONS Power ON/OFF Button: To turn ON, press and hold the Power ON/OFF Button for 2 seconds. The LCD Screen will light up. To turn OFF the HALO PORTABLE POWER STATION, press and hold for 2 seconds. To begin, connect the AC power plug from your device/equipment/appliance into the AC Output Port of the HALO PORTABLE POWER STATION.

hal power station ps-403, does not charge up. lighr=t comes on when charger plugged in, no power indicator light. no status indicator
