Intro This user guide explains how to install the Phone adapter for use with the SoundGate. For instructions how to use your Phone adapter please consult the Phone adapter User Guide. Before your SoundGate can be used for conversations over your land line phone, the Phone adapter must be connected to the phone line and a power outlet.

Using the Phone adapter and support For use of the land line phone with the Phone adapter and SoundGate, refer to the Phone adapter user guide. Place the Phone adapter unit in a suitable spot near your land line phone or base station.

International warranty The Phone adapter has a limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the Phone adapter itself, but not accessories such as charger units, cables, etc. This warranty becomes invalid if a defect is a result of misuse or maltreatment.
Warnings The Phone adapter is not a toy and therefore should be kept out of the reach of children and anyone else who might swallow parts or otherwise cause injury to themselves. Spe- cial attention should be paid to the smaller components in order to prevent children from swallowing them and choking.
