Rotate the ignition key for up to 3 seconds.

l e a s t 1 5 s e c o n d s b e f o r e t r y i n g a g a i n .
If the vehicle did not start even the second time wait
at least 2 minutes.
¾ After starting leave the engine running and disconnect
the starter:
¾ Disconnect in the order the black clamp "-" and then the
red clamp "+".
¾ Disconnect the cable with the clamps from the starter and
put everything into its box.
Use as power supply

Insert the multi-cable USB (C) into the USB socket (2)
or insert the exit cable (F) with the appropriate adapter
into the socket (5)

Press the key(6) to ON.

Insert the cable in the device to be powered.
Use led light
1
Press for a few seconds the key (6) to enable the
continuous light.

Briefly press several times the key (6) for: the
intermittent light; the SOS light; turning off the LED
light.
Charging the starter

To obtain maximum performance charge the
appliance before each use, after use and anyway
regularly every 3 months.

Before charging the appliance after use, wait for the
battery cool down.
To recharge the appliance, use only the power supply
unit supplied.
¾ Charge from home mains.
Insert the power supply unit cable (D) into the socket
(3).
¾ Charging via a power supply (not supplied) with USB port
(e.g. computer, power supply unit).
Insert the multi-cable USB (C) into the MICRO USB
socket (4).
¾ Charging from a vehicle by means of the 12V cigarette
lighter.
Insert the cable (E) into the socket (3).
LED charge status
¾ Briefly press the key (6): the charge status led illuminate:
1 led on battery discharged; 4 led on battery fully charged.
Troubleshooting
L
The appliance is protected against polarity reversals,
short-circuits, overloads or deep discharge of the battery,
thermal protection.
„ By pressing the key (6) nothing happens:
T he starter is exhaust: recharge it.

„ The ERROR led of the smart cable is on.
T he starter battery is less than 11,0V: recharge it.

„ The ERROR led of the smart cable flashes + audible
alarm.
Y ou have reversed the polarity to the battery or the

clamps are shorted circuit: check the connection
and then disconnect and reconnect the cable with
clamps to the starter.
T he appliance is overheating: disconnect the starter

and wait for it to cool.
„ ERROR led + START led on + audible alarm.
Y ou left the starter connected to the battery:

disconnect the two clamps from the battery.
„ The battery becomes hot when feeds a computer.
U nplug the appliance for a few minutes for it to cool.

Battery disposal

The exhausted battery of the starter should be recycled. In
some States recycling is mandatory: contact the local body in
charge for more information.
Do not discard the appliance into the fire.
Manufacturer's Warranty
The equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty starting
from the purchase date. The warranty period starts from
the date on which the equipment is purchased by the first
user, proved by presenting the purchase receipt showing the
purchase date and the product description. Within this period
the Manufacturer agrees to eliminate any manufacturing
defects. These defects are eliminated by repairing the
product free of charge.
The warranty excludes the following: - Parts that are subject
to normal wear and tear. - Faults originating from natural
wear, overloads or improper utilization of the equipment
outside declared performance specifications. - Minor faults,
which do not alter the value and performance of the product.
- Products tampered with or damaged by the use of non-
original accessories or spare parts.
The battery is considered a part of wear in consideration of its
normal chemical decay. Battery life is a function of its correct
use and conservation. In order to maximize the battery life, it
is recommended to follow the instructions contained in this
manual.
Appliances returned, even if they are under warranty, shall
be sent to us CARRIAGE PAID, and shall be delivered
CARRIAGE FORWARD.
These terms do not apply to appliances classified as
consumer goods according to the European Union Directive
1999/44/CE, provided that these appliances are sold in the
Member States of the European Union.
