Introduction The aim of these instructions are to aid the user in cleaning and general maintenance of the Ardac note acceptors. These instructions are a general guide only, which apply to all variants of the Ardac note acceptor range. Getting Started...

Ensure the head cycles twice. NB – The cleaning cards are saturated with alcohol, and will dry out very quickly. Therefore Money Controls recommend that you use both sides of the card as quickly as possible (E.g. on 4 note acceptors).

There are 3 stages of cleaning the sensors. Clean the sensors on the top plate (TOP TNT sensor and Grey scale) of the note acceptor - using the lint free cleaning cloth and IPA. Money Controls 2005. All rights reserved. Page 6 of 7...

IPA. Clean the recessed sensors on both the top and bottom sensor plates (using a cotton bud and IPA). Following this basic cleaning procedure should maximise performance of the Ardac note acceptor range. Money Controls 2005. All rights reserved.
