Basic Installation

Customers using a single jack for phone and internet:
1. Connect the DSL splitter to the wall phone outlet.
2. Connect phone cable from the phone port of the splitter and then to your phone.
Connect a phone cable to the DSL port of the splitter and then to the DSL port on the
back of your modem.
Customers using a multiport jack or using a single jack solely for internet:
1. Connect a phone cable to the DSL port of wall phone outlet and then to the DSL port
on the back of your modem.
All Customers:
1. Connect one end of the data/Ethernet cable to the LAN 1 port on the back of your modem and
connect the other end to your computer or wireless router.
2. Connect power cable into the modem and plug into a power outlet. Make sure that the On/Off
button is depressed.
3. Verify the LED light activity on the front of your modem:
