Beschreibung Allgemeine Angaben 1.1.1 Verwendungszweck Der Vacuum Switch VSA100A dient als Druckschalter in Den Vacuum Switch VSA100A bitte sofort auspacken, Vakuumsystemen. Dieser beruht i.a. nicht auf einer Leckage des VSA100A, sondern auf Permeation des Heliums durch die EPDM-Membrane. Vakuumanschluß DN16 KF Der VSA100A wird mit einem Kleinflansch DN 16 KF an Ø 48.5 der Vakuumanlage verbunden.
