3.4- FINGERPRINT

Finger position:
a- Follow the image below to register the fingerprint correctly.
• Always place the finger on the center of the sensor.
• Make sure covering all the surface sensor with as much of your finger as possible.
• Do not place the finger away from the sensor area.
• Do not place the finger on the diagonal.
• Do not take away the finger during the fingerprint verifying process.
• Do not use only the finger tip.
• Do not slide the finger during the fingerprint verifying process.
b- Also, it is suggested that every user register 2 or more fingerprints.
c- Fingers too damp, dry, oily or dirty can affect the fingerprint identification.
d- Avoid fingers that have callus, peeling or injuries to ensure success in the registration
and identification.
e- In case of low recognition rate, delete the fingerprint registration and register it again.

3.5- FACTORY DEFAULT RESET

a- Remove the batteries cover.
b- Use a paperclip, inserting it in the indicated local in the image below to reset the
Biometric Lock.
c- Press the reset button for 5 seconds until hear a beep.
