Mounting Mounting All RFID readers can be affected by Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). For optimal read range, RFID readers should be installed away from areas with RFI. Installing an RFID reader adjacent to metallic surfaces might alter the reader’s specifications. To diminish this interference, use a plastic spacer when mounting the reader. -
