  • Page 4 OPERATING THE HCBLUETOOTHHD HOW TO CHARGE THE DEVICE 1. Insert the USB cable into the USB port of the device. 2. Insert the USB cable into the USB port of your computer. Note: The blue light will remain on while charging, and the red light will blink intermittently.

The red indicator light will blink several times, and both lights will turn off.     • VLC Player is recommended for watching videos. TROUBLESHOOTING THE DEVICE HAS CRASHED  You need to reset the device.  Press and hold the Power Button to reset. MY COMPUTER DOESN’T RECOGNIZE THE DEVICE  Unplug the device from your computer and restart the device.

     Try using a different USB slot on your computer.  Replace the USB cable. THE SOUND OR VIDEO IS UNCLEAR  The device needs charging.  If you play the video directly off the device, the video may appear choppy. Please move the files to your hard drive first before playing them.
