The kettle will switch OFF automatically and the indicator will turn OFF once the water has boiled. To re-boil the water again wait for 30 seconds, this will allow the thermostat to reset, before pressing the power switch again to re-boil the water.
- Page 6 REMOVAL OF MINERAL DEPOSITS Your kettle should be periodically descaled as the mineral deposits in tap water may form scale on the bottom of kettle and this may cause it to operate less efficiently. You can use commercially available descalers and follow the instructions supplied with the product. Alternatively, you may follow below instructions using white vinegar.
