( Parts 1, 2, 14 )

2 x M8 x 55mm
bolts nuts & washers
Fix wheels
Fit the axle bolt (14) from the inside of the assembly. Fit
locking nut on the outside of wheel (1), adjust to run free, repeat.

8 x M6 x 12mm bolts
Fix each side table
(3&8)
Using 4 bolts per table.
( Parts 2, 12, 13 )

4 x M6 x 12mm bolts
Fix base shelf
Orientate with shelf (13) walls facing upward to prevent
items carried from rolling o the sides. Secure with 4 bolts.
( Parts 10 & 15)
30mm
7 overhang
4 x M6 x 12mm nut & bolt,
Fit nuts on inside.
Fix oven side supports
With a 30mm overhang at the rear of supports (15).
Unscrew oven door handle and re attach on the outside.

4 x M6 x 12mm bolts
Fix crossmember
Using 2 bolts on each side hold crossmember (11).
( Part 10 )

Slide oven onto trolley
Position oven (10) so the side supports touch rear windshield
then lift lower centre clip at rear to secure.

2 x M6 x 12mm bolts
Fix rear windshield

Using 2 bolts hold the sides to the frames at the rear.
( Part 9 )

Slide re tray onto trolley
Position retray (9) x two nut & bolts through holes in retray
with nut beneath to sit behind the oven to stop it sliding forward.
( Parts 7 & 8 )

4 x M6 x 12mm bolts
4 x M6 x 12mm nuts & bolts
Fix side grill windshields
(7&8)
Using 2 bolts to hold the sides to the frames and 2 nuts and
bolts to hold the windshields corners. Repeat for both sides.

Place grill to complete
Place cooking grill (6) recheck all screws for tightness.
