grinding when Grind Selector™

Possible Cause
Insufficient amperage due to use of
extension cord.
Insufficient amperage due to
overloaded line.
Grind setting needs adjustment.
Burrs are touching each other on fine
grind setting.
Thrust bearing rotating inside flange
bearing.
Cotter pin in the thumb screw linkage
may be vibrating.
Grindmaster
Solution
Plug unit directly into outlet. Do not use
extension cord.
Designate single line for grinder. Do not
use multi-outlet box.
Adjust grind to coarser setting (see Grind
Adjustment).
Readjust fine grind setting, see (see
Grind Adjustment).
Replace thrust bearing and shear cap.
Attempt to spread flanges of cotter pin
or replace cotter pin.
