Hub Off / No Power
When both the reading and sending lights are OFF, this
means no power is being supplied to the Hub. Confirm that
the Hub is plugged in to an electrical wall outlet and verify
that the wall outlet you are using is working correctly. If the
wall outlet is controlled by a wall switch, verify the switch is
in the "ON" position. Consider moving the Hub to a different
wall outlet.
