See whether the outer package is damaged, the goods are complete according to the goods list. Take the column out of the wooden case; lay the column down that the camera bar can be mounted on the slider (it is mounted on the backside of the column).

The cable to the camera control board and the cable for motor control (SSENCE 400: there is no cable for motor control) Connect the camera control cable with the board behind the camera bar support as shown in the next picture. -
