  • Page 4 ASSEMBLY– FLATBED Remove glass crate, glide beam, cutting mat, acrylic sheets and other loose parts from the pallet. Pull the handle for tilt outwards and turn 90 degrees (left or right) to lock the handle on both sides.
  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY– FLATBED 3 people required, hold the frame of the table so it does not fall, remove the transport bracket on both sides. Fold the table down.
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY– FLATBED Not purchased with tilt function? Use 2pcs M10x20 Hex screw and 2 pcs M10 locking nut on both sides of the table When the table frame is in the flat position, activate the handle on both sides. Re-mount the plastic knob on both sides, Note! Do not tight the knob.

  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY– FLATBED (OPTION LED) Push the middle LED Panels as far as possible towards the control panel side. Remove the M10x20 Hex screw and M10locking nut.
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY– FLATBED Remove the 6pcs M8x16 Hex socket screw and 6 pcs M8 locking nut, From the table frame console. Remove the table frame console through the notch on the Z-beam.
  • Page 11 INSTALL GLIDE BEAM Place the glide beam in front of the table, make sure that the spiral cables is on the same side as the connectors underne- ath the table.
  • Page 12 INSTALL GLIDE BEAM & ASSEMBLY– FLATBED Mount the glide beam Re-mount the table frame console (use the 6pcs M8x16 Hex cap screw and 6pcs M8 locking nut)
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY– FLATBED Re-mount the 8pcs M10x20 Hex screw and 8pcs M10 locking nut. Remove the table top lifter.
  • Page 14 INSTALL GAS DAMPERS 3 people recommended, pull the sprint for tilt outwards and the turn 90 degrees (left or right) to lock the sprint, in both sides, lift the edge of the table up and mount the gas dampers in both sides of the table, use the pre mounted M8 locking nut. Push the table back down so it is flat and lock the sprint for tilt so the table stays in the flat position.
  • Page 15 Connect the LED panel sections. Use the pre-mounted cable connectors. NOTE! Connect the same colored cables with each other - Red to Red and White to White. Connect the side LED panels with the cable connectors. NOTE! Connect Red to Red and Black to white.
  • Page 16 (OPTION LED ILLUMINATION) Put the Control panel back on and connect the 5 pole connectors. Lock the cable with cable ties where the red arrow is pointing. Place the acrylic sheet on the flatbed. Do not forget to remove the blue protective film on both sides before putting the acrylic sheets in position.
  • Page 17 Place the second acrylic sheet, do not forget to pill off the blue protective plastic on both sides. Make sure that the acrylic sheets ends up as close as possible in the center of the table. 2 people recomended. Place the first glass sheet using the side of te table as help when laying down the glass.
  • Page 18 Push the first glass sheet in position Repeat step 3.6 and step 3.7 on the other glass sheet.
  • Page 19 Mount the bed end covers on both sides of the table.Use 8pcs of the black self-drilling screws and 4pcs M4x20 Hex screw. Put pressure on the top of the bed end covers (see the red arrows) when mounting the self-drilling screws. Place the cutting mat roll on one of the flatbed sides.
  • Page 20 Mount the extra roll holder arms . Use 4pcs M5x12 Hex screw. Connect the spiral cable and air hose from the glide beam in to the connectors in the middle support bracket.

HOW TO USE THE TILT FUNCTION Before you start to tilt the table loosen the plastic knob a little bit behind the bed end cover. Repeat on the other side of the table. NOTE! Don’t loosen the plastic knob complitely!
  • Page 22 HOW TO USE THE TILT FUNCTION After you loosen the plastic knob on both sides of the table. Pull the locking handle outwards and twist a quarter turn (left or right) to activate the self holding position of the locking handle. Repeat same step on the other side of the table. NOTE! Keep your arm and hand on the side of the table panels (as the red line shows in the picture Push the table upwards slowly, as soon as you start pushing the table upwards turn back the locking handle and continue push upwards, you will hear a click noise when the table r each one of the two tilting positions.
  • Page 23 Connect the power cord in to the power socket. Press the power switch button to one. If you purchased a ROLL-X compressor connect to the compressor outlet. Use the air pressure regulator to increase or decrease the pressure of the glide beam roller.
  • Page 24 MOUNT THE COMPRESSOR Mount the compressor shelf. (4pcs M6x12 Hex screw and 4pcs M6 Locking nuts) Place the compressor on top of the compressor shelft, no screws needed.
  • Page 25 MOUNT THE COMPRESSOR Connect the air hose from the compressor to the air filter. Connect the power cord from the compressor to the control panel socket. See picture with red circle.
