  • Page 4 SET THE TABLE HEIGHT Start by removing the side bracket plates. 2 plates on each side of the leg. (6 pcs M8x16 hex cap screws and 6 pcs M8 locking nuts) Remove the leg bracket plates (front and back). (8 pcs M8x16 hex cap screws and 8 pcs M8 locking nuts)
  • Page 5 SET THE TABLE HEIGHT Set the height by bolting the leg bracket plates (front and back) to the required height (8 pcs M8x16 Hex Cap screws and 8 pcs M8 locking nuts) Mount the side bracket plates. (6 pcs M8x16 hex cap screws and 6 pcs M8 locking nuts) NOTE! Do not mount the leg bracket plates (front and back lower than the leg supports placed on the sides of the leg)
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY - LOWER FRAME CONSTRUCTION Place the leg pair with the leg lid facing each other. Mount the lower frame beams (16 pcs M8x16 Hex cap screw and 16 pcs M8 locking nuts)
  • Page 7 (4 pcs M8x16 Hex cap screw and 4 pcs M8 locking nuts) NOTE! For a ROLL-X 470 / 175 GO - Mount 3 middle support bracket, the bracket with connectors pre mounted to shall be installed in the middle of the table as picture.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY - LOWER FRAME CONSTRUCTION Place the first table console on the same side as the air filter. NOTE! If you have purchased with tilt function, make sure that the first console has the plastic knob and sprint on the right side. Lock the first table console in place (6 pcs M8x16 Hex cap screws and 6 pcs M8 locking nuts)
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY - LOWER FRAME CONSTRUCTION Pull the air hose from the air filter through the holes in the leg bracket plate (front and back). Connect the air hose to the air pressure regulator. Stick the cable holders to the lower frame beam according to picture. Clean the surface with an alcohol based detergent)
  • Page 10 MOUNT THE COMPRESSOR Mount the compressor shelf. (4pcs M6x12 Hex screw and 4pcs M6 Locking nuts) Place the compressor on top of the compressor shelft, no screws needed.
  • Page 11 MOUNT THE COMPRESSOR Connect the air hose from the compressor to the air filter Connect the power cord from the compressor to the control panel socket. See picture with red circle.
  • Page 12 Rout the air hose & electric cable from the control panel around the leg and true the cable holders on the inside and then to the middle support bracket. Place the table top support to the oposite side of the control panel ( around 770mm / 30 In)
  • Page 13 Place the flatbed next to the lower frame construction. Note! If lifting by hand, 4-5 people is recomended. Mount the flatbed to the same side as the control panel. (8 pcs M10x20 Hex screws and 8 pcs M10 locking nuts) The other side of the flatbed will rest on the table top support.
  • Page 14 OPTIONAL ILLUMINATION Install the LED Panel The LED panels have lettering on them and the letters should point to the center of the table. Start by sliding in the middle panel with the 5 pole connection, slide in the side panels and make sure that the letters are pointing to the center of the table.
  • Page 15 OPTIONAL ILLUMINATION Connect the LED panel sections. Use the pre-mounted cable connectors. NOTE! Connect the same colored cables with each other - Red to Red and White to White. Connect the side LED panels with the cable connectors. NOTE! Connect Red to Red and Black to white.
  • Page 16 INSTALL THE GLIDE BEAM Locate the electrical cable and spiral air hose inside the glide beam. Turn the glide beam so that the electrical cable and air hose is on the same side as the air connector and electrical connector on the middle support bracket (see step 2.2, page 6). Lift up the glide beam and slide it in position.
  • Page 18 Position and bolt the second table console. (6 pcs M8x16 Hex Cap screws and 6 pcs M8 locking nuts. Also bolt the secound table console in to the flatbed like step 3.5 on page 12. (8pcs M10x20 Hex screw and 8pcs M10 locking nuts) Remove the table top support.
  • Page 19 First remove the Control panel. Makes sure that the two sprints are locked on both sides of the table. Remove the M8x20 Hex screw and M8 locking nut with the label ”remove screw” on both sides of the table. 3 people recomended, pull out the sprints for the tilt function and turn 90 degrees (left or right) to lock the sprint. Do this on both sides.
  • Page 20 (OPTION LED ILLUMINATION) Put the Control panel back on and connect the 5 pole connectors. Lock the cable with cable ties where the red arrow is pointing. Place the acrylic sheet on the flatbed. Do not forget to remove the blue protective film on both sides before putting the acrylic sheets in position.
  • Page 21 Place the second acrylic sheet, do not forget to pill off the blue protective plastic on both sides. Make sure that the acrylic sheets ends up as close as possible in the center of the table. 2 people recomended. Place the first glass sheet using the side of te table as help when laying down the glass.
  • Page 22 Push the first glass sheet in position Repeat step 4.9 and step 5.0 on the other glass sheet.
  • Page 23 Mount the bed end covers on both sides of the table.Use 8pcs of the black self-drilling screws and 4pcs M4x20 Hex screw. Put pressure on the top of the bed end covers (see the red arrows) when mounting the self-drilling screws. Place the cutting mat roll on one of the flatbed sides.
  • Page 24 Mount the extra roll holder arms . Use 4pcs M5x12 Hex screw. Connect the electrical cable and spiral air hose from the glide beam to the connector placed on middle support bracket un- derneath the flatbed.
  • Page 25 Place the side tray in your required position (2 levels) Installation complete. HOW TO USE THE TILT FUNCTION Before you start to tilt the table loosen the plastic knob a little bit behind the bed end cover. Repeat on the other side of the table. NOTE! Don’t loosen the plastic knob complitely!
  • Page 26 HOW TO USE THE TILT FUNCTION After you loosen the plastic knob on both sides of the table. Pull the locking handle outwards and twist a quarter turn (left or right) to activate the self holding position of the locking handle. Repeat same step on the other side of the table. NOTE! Keep your arm and hand on the side of the table panels (as the red line shows in the picture Push the table upwards slowly, as soon as you start pushing the table upwards turn back the locking handle and continue push upwards, you will hear a click noise when the table r each one of the two tilting positions.
  • Page 27 Connect the power cord in to the power socket. Press the power switch button to one. If you purchased a ROLL-X compressor connect to the compressor outlet. Use the air pressure regulator to increase or decrease the pressure of the glide beam roller.
