TAPPING PROCEDURES
There are two keg sizes:
1) the quarter barrel containing 7 3/4 gallons or
approximately 3 1/2 cases of 12 ounce bottles or
2) the half barrel containing 15 1/2 gallons or
approximately 7 cases.

head with lug housing in top
of key; insert tavern head.

turn clockwise; the tavern head
is now secured to keg.
