| Using your August View Doorbell Cam
When set up in the August mobile app, your doorbell cam will send you push notifications
when it detects motion activity or the doorbell button is pressed. These notifications can be
configured in your Doorbell Setting in the August app.
When a visitor presses the doorbell button on your August View, tapping on the notification
will initiate a video call. During the video call, you can view the live video stream from your
August View's camera, as well as initiate a two-way audio conversation with your visitor.
When paired with an August Smart Lock, you can also operate your lock from the video call.
You may initiate a video call at any time by visiting the Doorbell Tab in your August mobile
app and tapping the Watch Live button.
