My remote is not working and I’ve changed battery - can you help
To fix a non-working L&S Emotion remote after changing the battery:
1. Ensure the new CR2032 (3V) battery is installed correctly.
2. Press any button to wake up the remote if it's in sleep mode (it goes dormant after 60 seconds of inactivity).
3. Confirm the transmitter is properly connected to power.
4. Press the test button for 5 seconds; if the indicator light flashes after 5 seconds, the transmitter is working well with the receiver.
5. If not working, re-match the remote to the receiver by following the “Match the master receiver to transmitter” step, ensuring the original master receiver is powered on.
