TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT.)
Problem
Poor air purification quality.
The Check Filter Indicator
has not turned on within 8
months.
The Check Filter Indicator
turned on before 6 months.
Air purifier randomly
turns off.

Possible Solution
Press
to increase the fan speed.
Make sure no objects are blocking the top or sides of the air
purifier (the inlet or outlet).
Make sure the filters are removed from their packaging and
properly in place (see page 7).
Close doors and windows while running the air purifier.
Make sure the room is smaller than 360 ft² / 33 m². The air purifier
may not be as effective in larger rooms.
Clean the dust sensor lens (see page 11).
Replace the filters (see page 10).
The Check Filter Indicator is a reminder for you to check the
filters and will light up based on how long the air purifier has been
used (see page 11). If you don't use your air purifier often, the
indicator will take longer to turn on.
