Step 2 - Plug scanner USB cable into an availible usb port.
1. Log into computer with an account that has admin rights. This is necessary for the scanner to install
correctly on this computer.
2. Plug the scanner's usb cable into an availible USB port on the computer or a powered USB hub.
3. Please wait a few minutes for the scanner to configure, most windows systems will display a
notification in the lower-right corner of the screen near the time letting you know that it is configuring a
device.
