OPERATORS GUIDE AccuBind 1.5 Intended Use ◆ The STANDARD AccuBind is a binding device for pads, pamphlets, catalogues and calendars with a spine length of DIN A5, DIN A4, and 11". ◆ Bindings may comprise *5 - 325 sheets (*with cover). Bind thickness maximum = 1.25” (33 mm).

AccuBind OPERATORS GUIDE When clamp re-opens, slide book slightly to the left and immediately remove your bound book by lifting it straight up and out of the machine. Do not leave bound book in machine for more than five seconds. Note: If bound book remains in the machine for more than 10 seconds an audible alarm will be heard.

AccuBind OPERATORS GUIDE When clamp re-opens, slide book slightly to the left and immediately remove your bound book by lifting it straight up and out of the machine. Lay book flat on table and open to page that needs removal. Remove page and insert new one in its place.
OPERATORS GUIDE AccuBind 7 Malfunctions and Troubleshooting Malfunction Corrective Action LED A and F are flashing -- Book block dimension is outside = .02” to 1.25”. - Select correct block thickness. After the "Start" button has been pressed, the LED "Ready for binding" does not light up.
AccuBind OPERATORS GUIDE 8 Maintenance and Servicing 8.1 Opening and Closing the Device Open the two wing screws. Lift the lid until the stop lever engages. When closing the device, gently push down on the lid until you have overcome the resistance in the stop lever. Close lid and tighten wing screws.
