Alignment
TX Deviation (High Band Edge) Adjustment (dEV)
r Press the [ V/M ] key.
r Inject a 1 kHz audio tone at a level of 50 mV (rms) to
the MIC jack, then press the [ F/W ] key.
r Transmit, and adjust the deviation for 4.2 kHz (±0.2
kHz) by rotating the DIAL knob, then press the [ V/M ]
key.
r Rotate the DIAL knob to select the next setting.
CTCSS Tone (67.0 Hz) Deviation (High Band Edge)
r Press the [ V/M ] key.
r Transmit, and adjust the deviation for ±0.6 kHz (±0.05
kHz) by rotating the DIAL knob, then press the [ V/M ]
key.
r Rotate the DIAL knob to select the next setting.
CTCSS Tone (123.0 Hz) Deviation (High Band Edge)
r Press the [ V/M ] key.
r Transmit, and adjust the deviation for ±0.6 kHz (±0.05
kHz) by rotating the DIAL knob, then press the [ V/M ]
key.
r Rotate the DIAL knob to select the next setting.
