ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
VERY IMPORTANT
Carefully unpack this lamp and place on a soft surface.
Do not touch the bulb with your bare hand at any time; use a soft cloth to clean the
bulb.
1. Connect the tube (2) and base (1) using threaded rods.
2. Place pad (4) on base (1).
3. Insert the harp (5) onto the socket (3) and secure it with the socket ring (6).
4. Place the shade (8) and the shield (9) onto the harp (5) and secure with finial (10).
5. Use a 25W CFL Type bulb or 150W(maximum) A Type bulb (7) in socket (3).
Use a 25W 3-Way CFL Type bulb or 150W(MAXIMUM) 3-Way A Type bulb

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)
as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not
alter the plug.
