Reason(s)
• A sensor was removed
before sample analysis
was complete.
• A used sensor was
inserted into the
analyzer.
• Sensors are left in the
analyzer for too long
after analysis.
• Not enough sample
was put on the sensor
to start the test.
Fix
• Discard the sensor.
Insert a new sensor
and repeat the test.
Allow the test to
complete before
removing the sensor.
• Remove and discard
the used sensor.
• Remove and discard
the sensors.
• Do NOT leave
sensors in the
analyzer.
• Remove and discard
sensor.
• Confirm pipette
delivers at least 30 µL.
• Repeat test, verifying
sample fills the
channel on the
sensor.
