Remote Control - Christopeit Sport VIBRO 1000 Assembly And Exercise Instructions

Assembly Instructions:
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on
the floor and check that all are there based on the instructions for
assembly and use.

Connect the elastic ropes at side of Vibro 1000. Ensure before each
training, that the elastic ropes are secure. Don't bend the elastic
ropes more than 1,20m. During using the elastic ropes it is neces-
sary to fix the Vibro 1000 with body weight to keep floor contact.
Remote control
Take the remote control out of the packaging and insert the bat-
tery (Type CR 2025-3V button cell) into the battery compartment
by watching for the right polarity. (Battery for the remote control is
not included in this item. Please buy them at your located market.)
You can use the remote control alternative to the key at main item
for switching on/off and increase or decrease the intensity.
How to operate and use:
1. Plug in the AC-adapter into the DC socket of Vibro 1000 and
then insert to a suitable and save installed jack of wall power
(230V~50Hz).
2. Sit on a chair and put your feet on the footrests. Alternatively,
have your calves massaged by sitting on the floor and placing
the calves on the footrests.
3. Press the ON/OFF -key and the product will start with speed
level 1 for 15 Minutes.
4. Press the Speed +key, the intensities will be higher, till to the
highest level 10.
5. Press the Speed -key, the intensities will be lower, till to the
lowest level 1.
6. For an additional arm training, take the elastic cables at handle
expanders and pull them to your upper body in any rhythm (al-
ternately or simultaneously). To train the hands, press the handle
expanders rhythmically (alternately or simultaneously).
7. Press the ON/OFF -key to finish earlier the workout.
When the product is not in use, it should be unplugged
