3. Installation Procedure
Notes on installation
. Be sure to install the DMBK-R3012 with two or more persons for safety.
. Be sure to turn off the main power of the CONTROL PANEL OXF-CP3048 before starting installation.
Required tools
Phillips type (+) screwdriver
Nut driver (across: 5 mm)
Procedure
(1) Insert the two support bars into the pipes of the two supports as shown, and fix them tentatively with
screws (B5 x 10) 1 respectively.
Insert the support bar into the pipe of the support as far as it can go.
(2) Place the two supports to which the support bars have already been attached, on the rear of the
CONTROL PANEL OXF-CP3048.
(Place the support bars 50 cm apart from the rear panel of the CONTROL PANEL OXF-CP3048.)
(3) Perform the following works on the respective support bars (supports).
1) Attach the bracket (2) to a support bar as shown and fix them tentatively with the one screw
(B5 x 10) 2.
2) Pinch the beam of the CONTROL PANEL OXF-CP3048 with the bracket (1) and fix it to the
beam tentatively with the two screws (B5 x 16) 3.
3) Attach the bracket (1) to the bracket (2) tentatively with the two screws (B5 x 10) 4.
4) Loosen the two fixing screw 2 of the bracket (2), and adjust height of the bracket (1) so that the
bracket (2) has the same height as the beam. Tighten the two fixing screws 2 after adjustment.
5) Loosen the two screws (B5 x 10) 4 and adjust position of the supports (support bars). Tighten
the 4 screws 4 after adjustment.
(4) Attach the two brackets to the speaker shelf with twelve screws (B5 x 10) 5. (Use the six screws for
each bracket.)
(5) Attach the speaker shelf to the two support bars. Attach the speaker shelf by inserting the respective
support bars into pipes of the brackets respectively. Fix them tentatively with the screw (B5 x 10)
6 respectively.
(6) Tighten all screws that have been tentatively fixed.
