Remove the hinges

Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the LCD strip cover" on page 40
"Remove the LCD panel, LVDS cable, and camera module" on page 41
"Remove the upper case assembly" on page 32
"Remove the hinge covers " on page 38
