    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tools Needed for Assembly • Phillips screwdriver • Adjustable wrench Note: Remove any transit protection material. STEP 1 Fit Castors & Wheels: M6X12 Screw (16 pcs), Castors (2 pcs), Locking Castors (2 pcs) and Bottom Panel (1 pc). Trolley Door Balance Bracket: M6 X 12 Screw (2 pcs) and Flange M6 Nut (2 pcs).
  • Page 5 STEP 3 Attach the Back Panel, Left Side Panel and Right Side Panel assembly to the Bottom Panel using five M6X12 screws. STEP 4 Fit Trolley Upper Crossrail (1 pc) using four M6X12 screws.
  • Page 6 STEP 5 Use M4X10 screw (4 pcs), Handle Washers (2 pcs), Tube washers (2 pcs) and Plastic Washer B (2 pcs) to attach each Trolley Door Handle. STEP 6 Insert Upper Door Hinge Pin into Top Bracket (Pic 6-1). Insert Bottom Hinge Screw into the Lower Bracket (Pic 6-2), and secure with M4*Lock Nuts (2 pcs), (Pic 6-3).
  • Page 7 STEP 7 Place the sink assembly onto the trolley and then fix it with four M6X12 screws from inside the cabinet.
  • Page 8 STEP 8 To fix the tap, tap washer and quick connector follow the sequence as shown in the pictures below and then fix the water outlet pipe assembly underneath the sink. The reducing bush can be removed if customer supplies their own approved tap with 32mm diameter. Note: This sink module can be used by itself.
  • Page 9 SINK MODULE - ASSEMBLY OPTIONS OPTION 1. Sink Module on Right Hand Side of BBQ Step 1. Firstly, remove the side shelf from BBQ. Loosen M4x10 Screw*1 pc and M6x12 screw *4 pcs to take apart the side shelf assembly. Step 2.
  • Page 10 OPTION 2. Sink Module on Left Hand Side of BBQ Including Side Burner Step 1. Firstly, remove the side burner from BBQ. Loosen M4x10 screw *1 pc, M6x12 screw *4 pcs and side burner hose to take apart the side burner assembly. And then use the same screws to attach the side burner assembly to the left side of the sink module again.
  • Page 11 Step 2. Remove the cylinder slide tray from BBQ and then attach it to the corresponding position inside the sink module’s cabinet.
  • Page 12 Step 3. Connect BBQ inlet to the sideburner with the 1500mm hose provided. Obtain a Gasmate GM1500 from your retailer; it comes with 1500mm hose and an adaptor. Join the 1500mm hose to to the side burner hose using the adaptor as shown below. Attach the nut on the end of the long hose to the BBQ inlet; pass the hose from inside the cabinet, behind the Sinks module’s fascia, and through the hole in the right side end of the fascia.
  • Page 13 Step 4. Use M6x16 screw * 4 pcs and Flange M6 Nut * 4 pcs to connect the sink module to the left of BBQ. Insert screws through the spacing washer. Spacing Washer Step 5. Let the regulator go through the hole in the left side panel of sink module cabinet and connect the regulator to the cylinder placed on the tray inside sink module cabinet.
  • Page 14 OPTION 3. Sink Module on Left Hand Side of BBQ Without Side Burner Step 1. Firstly, remove the side burner hose and the regulator hose from the BBQ. And then loosen M4X10 screw * 1 pc, M6X12 screw * 4 pcs and side burner hose to take apart the side burner assembly. Step 2.
  • Page 15 Step 3. Use M6x16 screw * 4 pcs and Flange M6 Nut * 4 pcs to connect the sink module to the left of BBQ. Insert screws through Spacing Washer. Spacing Washer Step 4. Pass the regulator go through the holes in the side panels and connect to the cylinder inside the BBQ cabinet.
