Unscrew pen tip (I) from body (J)
of Tac-Pen. Remove empty ink
cartridge (K). Replace with ink refills
(1 Black and 1 Blue). Replace pen tip
• Remove and store batteries when not in use for 90 days or longer
• Clean Tactical Pen and 11-Function Survival Tool with a clean dry cloth as needed
• Lubricate screw threads and moving parts with standard consumer lubricant as needed
• Keep knife sharp, as a dull knife blade can be dangerous
• Do not look directly into light; may cause vision damage
• Follow City Ordinance Guidelines for proper disposal of dry cell batteries
• The Tactical Pen and 11-Function Survival Tool are not toys. Keep out of reach of children. Be careful of
sharp edges. Use all tools properly and as intended
• Not recommended for children under 18 years old
If the Flashlight does not turn on; works intermittently; or has a weak light:
• Remove and replace batteries
• Be sure tail cap is screwed on tightly and batteries are inserted properly in battery pack
• Sharpen dull knife with standard consumer knife sharpeners
• If pen won't write, remove and replace with ink refill
• If problems persist, contact Pro-4 Tactical for technical advice
