Remove 13-In-1 Multi-Tool from Nylon carry case; unfold handles. Pliers and Wire Cutter/Stripper are now usable. Tools have auto-locking feature in both handles To use all other tools, unfold desired tool from Plier handle.

- Page 7 MOLLE GEAR PACK Front Pockets The front of the pack has pockets to securely hold 13-in-1 Multi-Tool Pliers and Flashlight-COB Lantern. To place the 13-in-1 Multi-Tool Pliers in the pocket, first fold the Multi- Tool Pliers into compact mode. Then place the Pliers in the pocket by inserting the Pliers top first.
