Steps to integrate the Aver AW200 4K Wireless Presenter with various HDMI and Wireless
Environments (April 2020)
AVer offers a way to share presentations via Wi-Fi or Ethernet with the AVer AW200 4K Wireless
Presentation System. One receiver and 2 transmitter pods are included enabling wireless or wired
streaming of media at up to 4K resolution. It can be used as a standalone wireless presentation
system for your conference room or plug it into your existing network for an integrated user
experience.
AVer AW200 4K Presentation System (SKU: AAW200WPK)
The AVer AW200 Wireless Presenter system has 2 main system components, the AR200 and AP200.
 AVer Wireless Presentation Receiver AR200
 (2) AVer Wireless Pod Transmitters AP200 (AAWPOD200)
AP200 4K Wireless Pod
 USB 2.0 powered
 Gigabit Ethernet NIC, supports PoE (IEEE 802.3AT)
 HDMI/DP Input
 USB Input for iOS devices
 Can be purchased separately to expand the system at any point, up to 32 users per
AR200.

Next, once connected, press the Power Button of the Receiver. *Note: The Corp Network connection is only needed to access the AR200’s Admin Web Login from company network.

  • Page 7 AVer AW200 with Zoom, Teams, and UC platforms The AVer AW200 can also be used with Zoom, Teams, BlueJeans, UC platforms via an HDMI to USB converter, like the AVer BU110 converter, (SKU: PTCVBU110).   • Page 8 6. If you want to change the “Cast Tab” or change the “Source”, you would have to select “Stop Casting” to disconnect, select another Tab or Source, then select the AVer device again. 7. Next, to cast a desktop, select “Sources”, then select “Cast desktop”.

  • Page 10 AVer AW200 and adding a Mobile device There are multiple ways to use the AW200 Wireless Presentation system, adding a Mobile device is one of them. There are (2) main devices we will discuss, IOS and Android. iPhone / iPad USB cable 1.
  • Page 11 2. Open an App that supports AirPlay, select the AirPlay symbol, you should now have devices listed that support AirPlay. 3. Select “AVerR01_” or the assigned SSID of the AVer AR200 device, you should now have Audio and Video being displayed on the AR200’s HDMI output.
  • Page 12 1. Visit the Google Play store to download the AW Share App “AW Share”. 2. Connect the Android Device to the AVer Receivers Wi-Fi connection. 3. Next, open the AW Share app; click the AVer Transmitter projection key on the App to begin projection/transmitting.
  • Page 13 5. Next, press the AP200 “Pairing” button to connect, verify the PC/Mobile switch is set to “Mobile”. 6. If AVer AR200 Receiver cannot connect to the device, you will need to do the “Pairing” setup process again either “Locally” or using a USB Flash Drive, information found in this document.
  • Page 14 AVer for an updated list of commercial touch screens supported. Touch Screen Monitor 1. Connect the USB port of the Touch Screen to the USB port of the AVer AR200 Receiver. 2. Next, connect the USB cable from the AVer AP200 Transmitter to the computer and verify the PC/Mobile switch is in the PC setting.

You can obtain the IP information from the AR200 HDMI output or you can use the “default” IP address: 192.168.168.1 to connect.

  • Page 25 Adding an additional AVer AP200 Pod To expand your system from the initial (2) pods included with the AW200, you will need to go through a “pairing” process so that the AR200 and Pod are communicating. There are (2) methods to do this.
